Rabbi Yair Silverman is the co-founder and director of Moed - a community established in Zichron Yaakov, Israel.  Rav Silverman created Moed several years ago as an open and inclusive kehillah comprised of Jews from a range of nationalities, beliefs, and socio-economic groups.
