Registration Guidelines:

a.  Logging into your TBDJ ShulCloud Account first will automatically fill in your contact information and link your registration to your account.  If you do not log in, you must fill in all required contact information.  If you have never logged in before, write brian@tbdj.org to receive instructions.

b.  Fields marked with a red asterisk are required fields.

c.  The first and last name of the Payer should match the name on your credit card.

Using the fields below, please provide the names and ages of all those attending.  $35 per adult or teen over 13, $20 per child aged 4 to 13 inclusive.  Though children under the age of 4 can attend at no charge, we still need their names to plan for the event.
