Kiddush Cup I

On February 12, 2012, TBDJ and Beth Israel Beth Aaron faced off in the 1st annual Kiddush Cup, on the ice of the Bell Centre. TBDJ won the game 6-5, took home the inaugural Cup, and used it for the communal Kiddush the following Shabbat.

Thank you to all those who participated in the resounding success:

• The underdog TBDJ team beat BIBA 6-5 in a thrilling back and forth game decided in the final minutes.
• Our youth players had a great time (and showed some great skills) in their 2 games.
• 200 skaters participated in the free-skating session.
• 500 people were in the building, amongst them a great crowd to watch the games.
